If i can rescue my heads from out of Jay's garage then I'm in. My oil pump gasket just came in about half an hour ago so I'll put the bottom end back together today.

I won't be able to make it... don't have the money right now unfortunately, may go down and watch and video make our first race vid of the year. I want to put a new clutch in before I take her down the track and new bushings (especially with the tranny/torque arm bushing loose)

It sucks that you have to PLAN to go to the track, i.e. $$. $30 is rediculous to pay just to go play in T n' T.

The track down here only charges $10 for T n' T any night of the week. But then you get what you pay for. Track prep here is "0", the DA is 7,000-8,000 ft. typically, and it's always windy, blowing dirt all over the place.

I wish I could. I will be working. Hopefully I will be able to come down and support you guys this year since I don't think I will be able to race the convertible without a cage.

Looks like the weather might cooperate. Forcasts show clearing on Sat/Sun. Now if only I can get my wheel studs in time. Summit is out of them at the moment, and it took me several tries to get thru to Jegs. Oh well, there is always next time....

Did they say something about your wheel studs last year? You're still running the same tires right?

Me too. I will definitely have studs by then. And yeah, I was told last year to replace my stock length studs that came in the 9" or not to come back. I tried to have NW Dif replace them when they built up my 4.11s, but they couldn't get any.....

I have the longer wheel studs and I hadn't ever noticed them even look at them closely... weird. I guess they probably just take a quick glance and see they're not stock length.
