Default PIR (portland) this Friday TNT whos up for it?

So far I'm going to be there, Robert from Gen III with his Viper, Steven in his 94 LT1. Rockin C Racing. Mikey should be there. The guy that bought my SOM is supposed to show up and run.

So anyone else wanna go there should be a good showing. If its only 20 for TNT and I don't have to pay for a number I'll give it a shot, if I have to buy a number I'll pass as my runs with no traction or going to suck REALLY bad anyways. I'd be happy if I can break into the 12's!

As you said Bobby, I will be there. Last Friday night wasn't too bad for traction, considering we had to lay new rubber on the concrete.

HMMM I may try it but really I can't go WOT at any time in 1st or 2nd or it busts loose pretty bad. If I punch it into 3rd it will break a little that is how bad it is. I have been practicing some "mild" launches instead of my Signature right foot on\off switch, but I can't get the power to the street. Don't want to go out there and run a 13.5 in my Z

Talking Hhhmmmm....

Gates open same time 7:00pm? I might make it. Don't think I will race the Z28 tho. basically it is a trailer car to races now. Gunna fab in the ratchet shifter on thursday.

There are a couple of other things I wanna do before actually running it down the track again. Dyno tune from TJ, shift light with shift points from the dyno tune, line lock!

And basically I need to outfit the truck for towing and find a trailer!

Anyhow I might meet you all down there.

I'll be there to spectate and bench race.

Bobby what time are you heading over there? I'll probably leave work around 4:00ish so if you wanted to grab a bite to eat before hand? Anyone else want to grab some food before heading in the gates?

Talking Ima gunna sho...

Someone post up a time and place to meet. Is there a teriyaki chicken joint in the area? I could go for some of that. If not I will stop in Camas for that on the way.

I don't of any asian food places in that area.

There is a Shari's and a BK in Delta park, and there is a BJ's bar/grill and a Damons in Jantzen Beach. I'm game for just about anything really.

My vote is for Damon's or BJ's.

Its right off I-5 in front of Jantzen beach center, next to the Denny's and shell station you can't miss it big BJ's sign on the top of it...

How does 4:15 sound guys maybe we can miss some traffic I might even head out a little earlier...go to starbucks or something to waste time instead of sitting in traffic.

Traffic starts to get backed up around 3:30 on I-5 northbound. Ken - If you come up 84, you should cross the river on 205 then take 14 across and back across the river on I-5. Otherwise take 14 all the way to I-5. Take the first exit right after the bridge (on I-5). I'll be at the track @ 4.

I will try to make it by then. Bobby, I will call you to let you know time wise on Friday. I should be there 4:15/4:30. Sounds good.
