I think someone thought you get a point for just showing up. Thats not true, you get a point for going down the track. Even if you go out the first round you get a point. That's my understanding anyway...

From what Bill told me at the first of the year was one point for making it down the track the first round. If you win that round you get a point also. so there is two points for going in to the 2nd round.

You get one point for the first round if you lose. If you win and then lose in the second round you get 2 points. That continues until the 1/4 finals.

It figures, I can't download that file here at work. Can you tell me where I am Steph? I think I have 14 pts now & should be ranked around 14th place. And how many people have over 20 pts now? Thanks!

Mark you are in 14th place with 15 points.
After steph explained the womans view I can now give a view men can under stand
JUST LIKE the old days. You get a point for running first round and another point if you win it Then one point for each round you WIN after that.
I must say the way they explained it to me was most confusing till I put on my "Chick" hat

Mark, 5 people have over 20 points, the top 2 bieng NW F-body Members Bill Sallia and Jonathan Miller. We can't get our hopes up though, we have 2 Double Points races coming up! The last Race in Bremerton and the Last Race at Pacific are both Double points Races as per the schedule I got...so you can't count the other teams out yet..

Thanks guys & gals. I understood it because Bill explained it to me the way Ellis said it (i.e. in male terminology ). And I know you get 1 pt for a perfect light or running on your dial in. The part I am not sure of is where the pts start to increase (1/4 finals or semis). I know you get 2 for winning round x, and 4 for the next round, but do you get 4 or 6 for winning the whole thing?

Thanks Steph for posting the points. I gave them to RC and Nelia last Wednesday and still not posted. I really need to get access to the web site so I can post them myself.
You guys have it rite. You get 1 point for each round. If you win that round then you go to the next round witch gives you 1 more point. Keep up the good work teams. This is going to be a close one I think. See ya Friday.
