who has today off? I do!
I'm going to get a little work done on my pickup today. Awhile ago I tore up the heater/AC box since I don't have AC. So now I'm going to make a sheet metal panel to go over where it was. I'm also going to hook up the hoses to the heater since I'll need it now (don't have them hooked up during the summer cause it will blow hot air.I'm also going to mount a lamp inside the cab to leave on for a little heat. Since I don't drive it very often, last year I had mold growing on the carpet due to the moisture in the air. We'll see if this solves the problem.

me too......I have a 3 day weekend! 
Cindy and I are heading to Home Depot! We are going to were matching outfits and hold hands while skipping through the store.

I have school off today. I'm going to get off my lazy *** and finally fill out the $200 in mail in rebates I have here for Comcast and Verizon stuff lol. Might take all the AC stuff out of the ovlov as well.

Got 5 days off!! Worked 8 days straight so now I can get some things done around home. Yesterday I drove the SS for the last time this year and washed it. Today I put it on rollers and moved it sideways across the front of the garage. Tomorrow I hope to get it on jackstands and the wheels off. Need to repaint the calipers and top hats as well as the wells. Maybe I can actually get it into a show next year.
I think the NAVY needs to take a few more days off.

That sucks that you had to work today...........I'm in the Air Force and most of the guys I work with fly most of the year so they are lucky to see holidays period. Me however, I'm just a lowly data processor who has holidays off. I should be off to school to learn the ins and outs of flying, then I won't be around for these wonderful 3 day weekends..........but as long as I get a couple days a year to run my car at the track.......I'm all good.
