Got Some Dyno #'s......... and Looking For 10's :)
Well, finally got some dyno numbers and they're not too bad. After sitting for the better part of 2-3 years it's finally up and running once again. It took a bit of tuning but she finally layed down 114rwhp and it's still running rich throughout the entire rpm range. Low 11's @ 125-128mph shouldn't be a problem but I'm hoping for that ellusive 10 sec slip by summers end.
By now you've probably figured out I'm NOT talking about the black car,,,,,,,, but rather the black BIKE in my sig......... Just in time for summer fun.
<scroll down for pic> The rest of those ghey orange/purple graphics are coming off the front and I have a different black/grey tank on it's way. A little splash of red graphics will soon dorn the bike. I'm excited so I had to share with ya'll.

If you like to ride fast though, you'll probably outgrow that bike very quickly.

Apparently they have 2 other "Super Sport" bikes in that size but they are way more then I need/want.

If I get that urge, I can always build up my car more.

Well lets see. If I remember correctly last year on the NHRA scale at Woodburn, my bike (GSXR 1000) w/ 1/2 tank gas and me in full leathers weighed in at 665 or maybe 675. I weigh 220 without leathers and leathers probably weigh around 10 lbs. So that would put the bike around 445 lbs. And stock they only put down around 150 rwhp.

We'll see how badly I catch the 2-wheeled bug over the summer. I might just be trading up this coming fall when all the dealers want to unload their summer machines.

Very cool :-)
The new liter bikes are absolutely insane, so are the 750s, and even the 600s. There is about .0001% of the population that can ride a 1000 anywhere near the potential they have, and if they do so on the street they probably won't live long.
