The last time I was in court for a traffic violation, which I won, the judge prefaced the whole hearing with how he would believe the police report unless we could PROVE they were in error. Just be ready.

No doubt Howeird, that is how Judges view this whole "guilty until proven innocent" tax revenue traffic court. If one is diplomatic enough, they can remind the Judge human error is the most common - including officers.

Its why having a copy of your own driving record and any police reports handy so you know what they are looking at and can dispute it on valid lawful merits.
