Default Anyone ever deal w/ GM Parts Direct??

I ordered a part from GM Parts Direct on May 4th and the damn thing still isn't here . They sent me a order confirmation when I ordered it but that was the last I've heard from them. They don't have any contact info. on their website other than the customer service email. I've sent them 4 emails now and still no reply. Just wondering if anyone has dealt with them and had the same experience and got the part or if I'm getting screwed. Thanks

Never dealt with them on time-critical stuff, but always had good things to say about when I have dealt with them..........guess they are not the fastest in the land eh?

Dealt with them quite a few times. Never on anything rushed but usually it only takes a couple days.

Doesn't your local stealership match the parts direct price?

I pretty much had the same "issues" with them. Slow slow slow, no contact info, and expensive shipping.

Ditto. They get you on the shipping. If you order like 5 different $3 parts, they don't combine shipping, and so they really get you there.

they say on the site it takes at least 7-10 business days to ship. never ordered on time critical stuff. SDPC is usually pretty close to their price anyways and ship pretty fast.

I've used them a number of times and am currently waiting for some parts I ordered about 2 weeks ago. It usually takes them 3-4 weeks to get things to my house.

A year ago or so it took 2 weeks just for them to ship my damn dipstick, I think the whole thing ended up taking 3 weeks or more. (This was to Florida).

FYI - If you contact Everett Chevrolet parts department on their website they will give a serious discount - usually cost plus 10%

FYI, they have been banned and dropped as a supporting vendor at Z06vette.com for these very reasons.

I just did (on their website) and there "discount" was about 2.5x higher then retail. Just FYI.

But on the bright side, they responded to me VERY quickly.
