I ordered a part from GM Parts Direct on May 4th and the damn thing still isn't here
. They sent me a order confirmation when I ordered it but that was the last I've heard from them. They don't have any contact info. on their website other than the customer service email. I've sent them 4 emails now and still no reply. Just wondering if anyone has dealt with them and had the same experience and got the part or if I'm getting screwed. Thanks

Never dealt with them on time-critical stuff, but always had good things to say about when I have dealt with them..........guess they are not the fastest in the land eh?

they say on the site it takes at least 7-10 business days to ship.
never ordered on time critical stuff. SDPC is usually pretty close to their price anyways and ship pretty fast.

Well ****, I finally got an email back but it was only reguarding one of my questions. I'll probably never use them again though. Ya live and ya learn I guess. Thanks for the input, atleast I know they are usually slow.

Doesn't your local stealership match the parts direct price?
