Default Q-Logic sub box for sale...

This is a dual 12" sub box for 4th gen f-bodies. Not sure if anyone on here is intersested but maybe you know someone. I just know I can't ship it as it is heavy. It is grey in color and has 2 Crossfire subs but will sell with or w/o and also have 2 12"Kicker Comps.

http://www.carstereopro.com/qlogic/n...o_firebird.htm

They go for like $350-$400. I only want $225 w/o subs or $325 with.

Fitment for LT1 and LS1 are the same...
I will be working on my own stealth box for you guys that want a 10" in the side soon. I just need a donor car to make my mold. I am also gonna be looking at a rear seat set up too.

You talking about something for the left side of the cargo area (like where the CD changer goes)? I would volunteer up my car for your project.

Although I am very seriously considering that rear seat delete option that one of the companies is offering.........mine is ALWAYS folded down and the only thing that goes back there is groceries or my pup. Don't know how/if that would affect my donor-ability.

I am looking to do both set ups...one in the CD changer area and one that will fit in the place of the rear seat area. On one side will be the sub box and the other will be a matching amp rack w/ plexi window. I am trying to get some matching carpet for all the color options now. And as far as a donor I may just use my old car to make a quick mold, but thanks for the offer and I'll let you know if I need yours though.

I have a nice styrofoam plug that fits perfectly I'll sell you. I was doing the same thing but ran into production issues with the guy that going to do the glass work(summer came and he's a boat yard). Then as I lined up customers I found out no one really wants to spend above $120 for a box they can get from subthump for $110. So that killed my profilt margin. I might still do it one day. I have a ton of foam for all, kinds of boxes that I planed. You want some of it? Its nice to mold into shape without having to use fiberglass. Then you just glass over it for your mold. Saves you from stinking up your car anbd making a mess. Well a little bit anyway.

If your into the glass work I've got another idea that I"ll tell you about. Maybe you have much better connections than I do and can bring it to fruition. I'll pm you.

pm sent. Yea the foam is free, I got it donated from an art studio to me. They were awesome!! Michael Curry Design I think is their name. THey were working on these huge dragons when I was there. I think it was all Disney stuff, not sure but it was the coolest thing in the world. A huge wharehouse full of artists and sculptors working on these humongous dragons. One toe was half my size on one of them. IT was cool. A World Class Studio in my back yard so to speak. I was impressed to say the least.. ok carried away here again

It usually requires a bandsaw to cut the inital rough outs.
Yep, it would hold quite well without heat transfer issues either.

Its styrofoam, just like a cooler. You shape it and sand it it as well. I've got peices as big and thick as me. Its fairly dense stuff.
