Good luck dude.

The only people/person you will be able to sell it too is most likely someone else that is into the hotrodding/drag racing concept of the car, but that also has to mean that they like what you did or want to just have the car for the speed to brag about to others.
As a general rule of thumb I don't buy modded cars unless I know who I am buying it from, all the history and past of the car. You can expect that with some power someone at one point or another has beaten on it pretty good, why else would they mod it? If you really want to get rid of it, you are better off going back to stock as much as possible unless you find a buyer from the enthusiast market.

I guess nobody really answered your initial question so I'll give it a whirl. This is where I'd start for prices if it were mine.
As it sits I'd start around $8k but that would have to be to the right buyer and being extremely patient, lot's of advertising to the racers etc.. You'll probably get less than that though.
If you put it back to stock and are patient enough, you should get around $6-7k for the car. The low miles helps alot, but the bright green may not be a good seller (hence being patient). T-top car? What color interior, leather etc..?
The nice thing is you have a couple thousand dollars worth of mods you can part out and sell on the side. So if you sold the car stock for $6500.00, you still have all this to sell off. Granted the stock replacement parts cost money but they can be found really cheap or sell the aftermarket parts with partial trade for stock parts etc..
9" with spool = 1500.00
Ported heads = 700.00 if good flow numbers
Roller rockers = 150.00
Cam = 100.00
Water pump = 100.00
CAI = 100.00
Ignition setup = 100.00
LCA's = 75.00
Torque arm = 200.00
Grand Total = $3025.00+/-

I've tried to sell my car for what I thought was a fair price, but I've come to find out if I want to sell my car in a reasonable amount of time (like not have it sitting around for a year or more) I'd have to sell it for maybe what a stock car goes for... only then would I have a chance.
Trying to sell the car for more than stock price... forget it, nobody wants it.
