Default Well I think I made up my mind...

I know some of you tried talking me into keeping my SLP D/D, but (and you can thank Jason for this, Tranzor) I got tlaked into LT to a set of dumped TSP TD's. I know its gonna be loud, but I'm young, and that what I want. I want to make babies cry! I want to come rolling down the street, and have people think the world is ending. Even though this is my dd, it shouldn't be for too long. Now, anyone got a spare set of LT's sitting around?

I can vouch for the extreme loudness & drone from that exact setup......nice for a while, but for us old guys, it is a bit mouch for a DD.

Good luck & enjoy.

As long as he does not throw a code he will pass. And I have a feeling our local tuner can prevent a code from coming up.

Oh yes, when it comes time to get my car tested, it will be visiting Dr. Ellis to delete said code.

Also, yeah I know its gonna be loud, but that's what I'm looking for. I only have two fillings that can be rattled out. Like I said, I wanna set car alarms off 2 blocks away. I have never had a gawd awfully loud car, and now I want one bad. I think the main thing that spurred it was in one of the videos that was taken of my car when I first ran it. I raced an EVO, AND YOU COULD HEAR THE EVO OVER MY CAR!!! Not gonna let that happen again.

Most people don't have spare headers laying around.

Check the sponsor sale section or the GP section.

Jeeze, don't be such a jerk j/k. I figured why not ask, maybe someone would have a set, but really I'm looking at a few, I really like TSP's deal on coasted pacesetter, and since I want to get my TD's from them, might be a good idea.

Need a tissue, princess?

Pacesetters are a great budget header. Can't go wrong with a full exhaust that's supposed to bolt up together.

Well you will get your wish then........my ears would be ringing after any more then 15-20 minutes of driving........the downside (to me) is the smell from not having cats and the exhaust dumping basically right under the back seats.

wait so are you going to sell your dual dual if so i probably will buy it. i have mufflers dumped right off the header i would give you they are loud. but i want to make my car back into a street car so i want it quiet. ellis how much do you think my tune would be off with switching setups. when it was tuned for mufflers dumped and i put a hooker on it it felt like it died.

Hey Blake, yeah I'm gonna be selling my Dual/Dual. What kind of set up do you have, cause if you have a true dual set up, would you consider a trade? I also am thinking it might be a good idea to see how much a true dual set up would be from a muffler shop. But yeah, lemme know.
