hahaha Decisions, decisions. yeah ive been thinking. i might have to change up some of my winter plans, i have alot i want to do but there's only so much money in the world. i might ditch the 408 for a Lq4 or something along those lines so i can finish up the rest of the car.

Well a little update on my twin turbo 01 ZO6. After 4 months in the machine shop and 11K in cost it is back to Rich's shop for reinstall. God this thing had better run great. We still need to get the tranny back from Cave Junction, AZ where it was being updated. I just ordered tranny and diff coolers. We are putting vents in the hood and then some stripes.Rich is making a removable spoiler and air dam for it. The turbos were rebuilt and inter-coolers cleaned. The meth injection system needs to go in. Then JR can finish his tune. After that it goes to Seattle for roll cage and fire suppression system. Then some new tires and hopefully I will be ready to go racing. The first race will probably be the Big Bend Texas in April.

I am putting on headers, new Y pipe, a lid, subframe connectors and new LCA's and panhard. Oh yea and a LS6 fresh out of the crate.

I'm also making a major change here and going back into music, and am changing my primary instrument in the process.... I was originally a guitarist / vocalist... now I'm a drummer. Hoping to find me a band to play with here before spring rolls around.

So as a result of all this... I may also be getting rid of a car or two and getting a vehicle I can use to haul gear... as much as I love my GTO, I just can't see how I'd haul a drum kit around in it.

 

I have my 72 GMC for sale (TPI 350/700R4)...it will haul drums! I think you've even seen it at the track.
