Default Headin to Boise!

Well I'll be going to Boise next week for about 9 or 10 months. Is there any good speed shops close and what race tracks do you guys have up there?

Nice!

Boise is a great place to live!

The only drag track that we have around here is Firebird Raceway (www.firebirdonline.com) its a decent place to race.

As for speed shops, your pretty much out of luck for good priced, knowledgable places to work on your Fbody.

Yeah, its great if your an ubber l33t, homo with a case of the ganoria! LOL!

Its not a bad place, Tony will keep you laughing and haul in the women for you.

There is alot to do if you like the outdoors. Lucky Peak, Boise river, Bogus Basin, Floating the river in the summer (but I think they banned drinking while floating).

Tony is right about places to work on your rig. Your better off doing stuff on your own. There isnt a single place that could find thier *** with both hands when faced with an LSx based car. However there are a couple good fab guys there.

I won't be driving the camaro up I'll be in the newest toy a 07 2500hd. I would like to meet some car guys to talk, listen, and learn. I'm not a green horn by no means but no expert either. Ya I like the outdoors, I don't like the price you gotta pay to do it out of state though. Love the rims nataSS Inc that's what I'll be sticking on the 97.

I just got back from Boise (Halloween Classic). There is a guy in 07 2500HD Classic with a twin turbo set up running low 12's high 11's. He will be the one you want to talk to about performance mods to the truck. He is on another message board for diesels. PM me and I can get you connected with him.

Rockin C, I was to cheap to buy a duramax. I wanted one but didn't want to spend that much. I made it here this morning about 9 o'clock. Saw some pretty country, smelled funny sometimes but other than that it wasn't bad.
