No offense dude but what you did was pretty stupid.
1) Not putting the food (it could be oil too) in your car securely
2) Then follow a guy who has no idea whats going on and get in his face and FIGHT
You acted immaturely, get over it before your car stinks worse because you are not gonna be able to bill him. If it was me I would go to court for this and make your life miserable.

Dude all you need is a train horn!
I installed on in my truck and the thing scares the **** out of people cutting in front of me - and takes away all the rage... and if they really get to you just follow them and pull up quietly when they are walking in front then blast the horn! had one drunk bumb jump-dive into the sidewalk when I snuck up on him

Some of you have serious anger management issues. You have to pick your battles.
I'm surprised none of you have mentioned the obvious. You grabbed his arm. That right there is assault and his swing at you would be argued in court as self defense. Be glad you didn't go to court. You may have ended up in jail. NEVER initiate first contact.
