I also requested to have the O2 sensor installed in the collector bung but was told the tech couldnt reach it so it went into the tailpipe. The O2 was installed in the turbo Camaro downpipe that made like 8000 pulls.

Anyways, it was a fun day.
I was thinking try two lists. One for no-tuning and one for tuning. All the no-tuning required cars would go first, then they'd start working on the tuning list. I could also see charging tuning cars $20 per extra pull since they take more time between pulls.

There was some confusion on the a/f reading cost. It was $25 last year but Nick posted somewhere(don't recall exactly where) that it was $45. That would explain the $85 vs. $65. O2 bungs are installed prior to the event. You kinda' have to plan ahead on that one.

And how 'bout adding a Hard Luck Trophy George? Maybe I could win something that way....

Chad was 640 HP. 600 tq. Number 20 on your list.

I agree with mark on all ls based motors being in the same class IMO

He parked in the handicap spot because after everyone left and I finished cleaning up... I saw the car getting trailered home..

I have the Excel spreadsheet of the results of the dyno and I also have all the dyno runs... If you tell me where to post them, I'll get right on it!

thanks TTi !!!!

was a great time,
very long day
(mine started about 3:30pm on friday, arrived at TTi about 845am, got to spin the rollers about pm)

I see most people ended up with around 20hp lower than before,
is this due to the temps ? (my file said 85*F)
and I heard there had been a "software update"

015 is my buddy chris spong with his silverish trans am with side exits. he made 322hp i dunno how much torque. but this even was bad *** especially since i wasn't out at sea when it was going on. now rain hold off for friday so i can get out to the track!!!

Here's my video of Jeffs Forced Induction winning pull (966/697 SAE)! It's an unusual run, starts off normal for a few seconds and then all the sudden goes apeshit at the end. Is that a maybe an RPM triggered boost controller?

Here's my run (654/607 SAE), not much drama there:

Without a shadow of doubt, the 6.0 liter is a LSx based motor as well as many others with out the designated ls in front, it's an LQ9 if we are talking about the iron blocks, but still the same family.

Oh, I was just playing with Ryan. We figured he would do an easy 800 or more, but not this time, though next time will be different. The sprayed area will also be different as we are shooting for the 800 mark also, lol, ya hear me Ellis? Is it to early to start talking smack for the Fall Shoot Out?

Oh and on the tuning, I say you must have your car tuned prior to Dyno Day Shoot Out. However, if there's a glitch or you want to up boost or change a jet, in the spirit of competition that would seem ok. Who really wants to stand around for ½ hour watching Ellis ply his trade, when we can be watching someone boil their hides?

Here's my run (654/607 SAE), not much drama there:

Chris, The car run a boost controller on time. It is started by the transbrake button. In case you didn't notice it runs on a bfg drag radial. The wastegates run 5 psi springs. It leave at just 7 psi and ramps up to 20 psi in five stages. Takes about 4 second before it allows full boost or 20 psi in this case.
