I just got of fthe phone with Demetrius at the Dayton Hooters. I set it up so we have the north side of the parking lot starting at 8. I told him 20-30 cars for now. If it exceeds that he says that there will be no problem with parking. I told him cars will be rolling in from 8-8:30. Please RSVP in this post with your name and type of car so I can get a list going of who will be there so I know if we need to sak for more space before we get there. If anyone has any other ideas, comments or suggestions please post them up.

If we get close to this thing and I dont have AT LEAST 15 cars that are ready and willing to go I am going to call it off. I dont want to set it up and look like a jackass with the only car there. So if you are serious about this, let me know.

For those staying at the Airport hotel, how did you make the reservations? The desk there tells me that all that is handled by Sue at the Nats, but Sue says that all the rooms are booked? When did I miss this? Was it the day of last years Nats?

She just cashed my check so I should be getting it anytime now, but I am still confused on the reservations. Was there some form in you packet for the hotel? Did you register during last years Nats?

there's plenty of other hotels in the area that are as nice, Car security is very important since some hotels have had many problems with our cars in recent years so make sure the hotels will watch over the lots. I'm afraid to drive a vert up there for this reason so I usually do Sat or Sunday only. Any ideas are welcome.
