This is Red Orange Metallic. As far as I know it was only available (on the LS1 cars) for the 1998 models. The one I've seen in person had kind of a slight candy paint look in the sunlight. It looked mostly like an orange tint of red, but almost like candy tangerine where the sunlight hit it (kind of like in the picture above).

Never in the entire time I have been here have I seen a ROM colored car or even one talked about. Not sayin it doesn't exist but I haven't heard of that.
You sure your not thinking Cayenne Red Metallic?? That was a rare color offered I believe for only one year for the Pontiacs, I believe 98'. Then there is Medium Red Metallic also.

From what I understand, Cayenne Red and Red-Orange Metallic were very similar (some sources even claim that they are the same color) but whereas Cayenne Red was offered as a color choice for the Camaro, Red-Orange Metallic was only offered for Firebirds. Also, you will not come across a great number of them (ROM cars) as they were only available on the '96-'98 cars.
