Looking to get one soon, and was wondering if anyone made one a little bigger then stock.. but smaller then the VFN 4"... like inbetween? I did some searching but i couldnt find anything... Guess i didnt search long enough or there is just nothing around lol.

VFN used to make a ram air hood that was an inch higher than factory ws6, i think it was the "outlaw" try looking for ws9 outlaw or something like that. Im not sure if they make it anymore or not. Try them or U.S. Exotics.

suncoast's hood with bigger nostrils is the raptor hood, its nothing like ws6 hood

look at the back of the ws9 Outlaw hood on the website, and you can see for yourself that the back is a little higher than the plain ws6 one. Its nothing drastic, but it is higher, and ive heard before from someone that it is approx. one inch higher on the back of the hood.

I have this one and you can tell they got the idea from a WS6 hood, but it's not the same.

Can anyone confirm this? im probably going to end up with this hood anyway, but im just wondering? It does look bigger in the picture but then again its a picture and they can be deceiving

WS9 Outlaw is definitely taller man. They know what they're talking about. I personally like the WS9 10x better.

Confirmed the hood is bigger, pm'd VFN and they said its 3" unlike the stock 2" hood.

the raptor is a bigger opening, the ws7 maybe its called, is stock style with bigger nostrils
