Well I'm in love with that color now. No thanks to you, Buddy for making me second guess my Tangerine Candy Orange plan! lol Maybe I'll do both.. Damn that looks nice!

You using a Lexan windshield? I see you have VFN's 4" hood (as do I), are you using their fiberglass dash too?

yes...I have a percy's lexan windshield for it. I have a glasstek fiberglass dash (pretty much same as VFN)

That color is amazing, what sorta equipment do you need to do that? You did it all in your garage also?

compressor and spray gun...yes did it in my garage, but I wasn't looking for a perfect paint job since its a racecar...definately got dirt in the clear in areas...but that comes with the territory when painting in a regular garage...

the centers of the wheels are anodized in a "titanium" color...looks pretty good in person.

Damn, this seems to be the best budget way for a guy to get a cheap glossy paint job. Gotta be better than a Macco job too, LOL. I might go this route instead of the SEM Hot Rod black. I was looking for a simple single stage kit a guy could do himself in a garage.

Mines a daily driver year round so its gonna get scratches & nicks. I'm not lookin for car show quality, just better than my peeling clear coat & fading base cot I'm stuck with right now.
