Damn, this seems to be the best budget way for a guy to get a cheap glossy paint job. Gotta be better than a Macco job too, LOL. I might go this route instead of the SEM Hot Rod black. I was looking for a simple single stage kit a guy could do himself in a garage.
Mines a daily driver year round so its gonna get scratches & nicks. I'm not lookin for car show quality, just better than my peeling clear coat & fading base cot I'm stuck with right now.

80gal home depot husky single stage...only kicked on once or twice during the painting of the chassis. Its 220V.
What size compressor? Run on 110 or 220? We don't have a spot wired for 220 and im guessing thats what you were using right?

Yeah, exactly.. Dude that car looks better than mine considering age and such into the equation. Not to mention that color is badass. I mean as long as it looks like it does in pictures its gonna be good enough for me to drive around.

thought I'd bring this back up. Since I'm still waiting on a replacement engine...I figured I push the car out of the garage to cut and buff the hood (I had to repaint it 2 months ago due to some wind blowing it off the stand I had it sitting on which damaged the paint when it landed upside down 
)
I also put a coat of mcguires synthetic sealant on the car while I was at it
