for the front there is a rivet that holds the top of the skin to the door frame on the hinge side at the top. push the door skin in and you will see it after you remove the mirror triangle frame and belt strip...just fixed mine the other day. I used a 10mm bolt and nut as the rivet hole was a little out of whack. i suppose you could take the door off and use a larger rivet but i figured the bolt would be easier and in some ways a better fix. its an easy fix. took me 20 min. the rear will nee glue.

my car got broke into the other week.......they broke the window and pulled the door skin halfway off.......used 3M smc adhesive.........worked like a charm

This was $3.59 at Home Depot. That stuff is no joke. I bought my first Firebird last month and it has the same problem. Fortunately in my case, the separation did not reach the front of the door, nor did it travel too far down. I did not take the door off.. no need in my case.

It's pretty self explanatory once you have your tools/equipment ready.

question. which way did you put the bolt through since the one side is very tight to get a nut in. did u take a picture of it since im having the same issue
