"Proper" berger paint?

"Proper" berger paint? I paitned my berger panel a while ago, but I did a clear over it. I'm still on the fence about it. Was gonna redo it this spring and do a flat or satin (???) with the cuouts filled and the keyhole filled and a classic Z/28 emblem.
Satin or flat black? Don't know which one is SUPPOSED to be used.

Ahhhhhh ok.. Thanks guys! 
If I were to do a CME or 6LE rear valance, I would use satin as well, then.
Was thinkin about doing a valance in black. = Cheap CETA..

Many people think it's a satin paint, but it's not. I guess I just got lucky with the paints I used and how many coats of base / clear I put on.
