Default Spoiler washers/seals
So, after removing my spoiler for paint the washers between the spoiler and hatch mating surfaces look dry rotten and smashed...leads me to believe this is where i was getting some water in my trunk area... Anyone have a GM part number for replacements?

yep,really thin pliable rubber washers that act as seals for the studs on the spoiler that go thru holes on the hatch

I'm sure you can get rubber washers like that at a hardware store.

That is what I do, I usually just use small rubber faucet washers.
