The Trans-Am got scraped up the other day by someone. His insurance is taking care of damages. Most of the damage was on the driver side front fender but the nose got slightly scratched. So anyways both parts are gonna need to be re painted.
Ive seen some firebirds in person that have had the bird shaved off and it looked pretty good, but still not sure. Should i have it sanded off for a cleaner look or keep it?

Take it off, looks much cleaner. Be prepared for a fight however, mine refused to come off and left some of the toughest residue behind. I still have a faint outline from removing mine.

I like the bird on there. I'm on my 3rd OEM bumper and each time had the insurance company put the oem decal back on (it is a seperate decal, it's not moulded into the bumper cover) because to me, it just doesn't look right without it.
