Pics? and translation lol? sounds like fish-eyes aka contamination or solvant popping, most likely fish eyes though, which sucks because you pretty much have to start over from scratch to get rid of them.

A fisheye will look like a small moon crater and is caused by a silicone contaminate in or on the surface of even in the air when the paint is sprayed for that matter. WD40 is a source of this problem. A solvent pop problem looks like a buch of little holes in the surface of the paint. A solvent pop will be about the size of the end of a needle and happens when the paint skins over with the solvent(or paint thinner) still trapped underneath. Causes the paint skin to have a small hole in it when the sovent comes out. Hope that helps.

it might be able to be buffed out. if it has happened twice i would say there is a seriously cleanliness problem wherever he is painting at or something. (fisheyes) but if its solvent pop, there is are multiple causes and hard to pinpoint. Need pix

Ask for a refund, and if he says no make a big deal about it. Then go to a reputable shop, or do the job yourself

Im going to guess fish eyes for sure, I just painted my SS wing for my Z in my dirty as **** including oil all over the floor from a jack leaking. I got two fish eyes and after i cut and buffed it they had white spots in the middle from the buffing compound.
