I need an Expert opinion if my insurance will total my beloved LS1.


Adjuster will be coming to look at the car in a few days.

99% sure it is totalled since the bags went off and judging by the angle of the battery in the one pic (caved radiator support I'm guessing).

I do custom paint and body for a living, Just because the bags blew doesnt mean its a total loss, you can get used airbags these days though LKQ pretty cheap. The good news is the hit looks pretty high and stayed away from the rails, so if its just a hood, bumper, fenders and rad support you might be in the clear, adjusters will sometimes work with you Not to total a car

My guess is he rear-ended an SUV or pickup or something. Went underneath the truck's rear bumper.
