Default Having trouble finding a replacement mirror for my Trans Am.

I got into a little accident and I need to replace the driver's side mirror. Anyone know where I can order the whole thing. (Mirror and plastic case assembly) the motor works fine. If I can get it the same silver color as the rest of the body, that would be fantastic.

I suggest you check out your local pick n pull. You can get OEM parts there for Dirt Cheap.

p.s. check online to see if they have the year (or similar year) of your bird in their inventory:

Yeah, rob, I may be interested in that. I'll let you know.

Does anyone know if a 93-97 mirror will work?

the mirrors are the same, the only thing you will have to do is shave off this little nub on the wiring harness, then it will slide right in.. I know this for a fact because I put black mirrors from a 95 on my red 99 cause I wanted black with blue mirrors.... I had to shave off this little hump that prevents it from sliding inside the connector.... the bolt up the same, controls are the same...

So much for "little accident." it's gonna cost me $2k to get all the scratches on the front bumper, driver fender, and driver door repainted.

Damn you, hit and run.

I'll post pictures within the next few days.
