did the ls6 intake laser blue met.thinking abt doing the whole car same color

I like the color, but not installed under that hood. Reason being is that it just stands out and everything else looks dirty. I think the car would look good that color though.

i just did it to c how the color would come out.i always can go back and changed it.but need your toughs on the color.

what did you do for prep work on it? treat it as a raw plastic of just scuff,seal,spray?

Looks good just need to clean up the engine bay a little next time and I really like that color.

on the intake i 320 it due to few repairs i had to do.but u can go straight to 600.then i 600 it to knock off 320 scracthes.sense i 320 it i had to prime it becuse the plastic furs up.(320 is to corse)then i sanded primer with 600.then sealed it with primer sealer.then lay the base and cleared it.but like i said u can just scuff it up with 600 and take it from there.

Personally, I think that would be badass. But Im also a HUGE fan of bright blue colors, especially on cars. lol

Almost looks like Fords Vista Blue, just couple shades darker.

also i came cross another 1 today.
its called DYNO BLUE PERAL.it comes on the new civics si i think.car is shiity but color is really nice.

right on! yea i just planned it either red or grey scotch bright it and just seal it and spray it

yeah tht should do it.but make sure u wash(clean) the intake really really good.and i forgot to mention it,also put light coat of plastic adhesive promoter before u shoot it.

I think the color has a taaad too much purple in it. I personally would adjust that, but either way that color looks really great and unique!

yeah i noticed tht.thats why now i am leaning more toward dyno blue pearl

LBM is one of my favorite GM colors. looks good man. if you paint the car LBM will you also paint in between the spokes on your rims that color too?
