Guitar: beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and many renowned "beautiful" cars have had a wider rear track than the front. Viper, Aston, top tier Porsches, etc.all come to mind to name a few. So to answer your question: probably not.

Chryslerkid: Nawp. I've never had a finished flare to date. You're referring to another guy who made a good attempt but didn't tie in the rest of it around the flare to make it flow. Either way, your comment is rude.

Blackls1ta00: dont worry, she'll be back to the most perfect black finish possible. I haven't disappointed anyone yet

Classic & 91rs: thanks guys. The support is greatly appreciated!

I agree with your thoughts Austin, the rear flared without the front flared will look REALLY nice! I think your nay-sayers may be imagining the rear flare without the modifications to blend the rear bumper and side skirt... which you clearly stated you will address.

Good idea, this is going to look killer when it's done!

Nope its not rude, you bought wheels that didn't fit your car. The f body profile has a long body base with flat sides and slapping 6 inch wide round fenders on the sides doesn't flow with the lines of the car.

Not rude just my opinion

OP, if we learn anything from this example, its that your rear tires better fill ALL of that space! I still think you have a good idea so far

Yes. Replying with simply "ugly" is rude. I don't believe an explanation is needed on why this is. Just know it. If you feel it's not still, go learn manners. You clearly have none.

I think this has a lot of potential. It's great to see someone doing something unique. So much of this board has gotten stale with the same topics beaten to death.

I'm looking forward to the final product.

my opinion doesnt matter, so ill keep it to my self. but i will say it looks like they are doin a good job on your project. making the flares with the structure of the car and out of metal is the right way to go about it. english wheel some flares, a little lead work, a little bondo, and you'll have a quality flared t/a. im in for pics/updates. im interested to see how it comes out
