My Wife Got Run Over...
by a dump truck this morning.
This happened around 0700hrs after Natasha dropped me off for work. She is alright... the car I suspect may be a write-off due to the extensive damage to the inner and outter quarters, the tail panel, bumper, damaged door, hatch etc. There is a very good chance that the roof has to be removed in order to replace the inner quarter... and if you know anything about 4th Gen F-bodies - they don't make them anymore (only one offering in the aftermarket that I know of from 6LE Designs). I can't speak to any frame damage at this time as I haven't done much investigating other than pulling the interior panels. The car will also need a full respray due to the extensive area covered by the impact. If the car is a write-off we'll probably buy it back and either part it out or fix it in my free time over the Winter.

I,d still call it in the possible to repair range, not hit hard enough to bust glass, have the axle viseably look crooked , or cause a crease in the unhit front fender from body twist. My wife's formula firebird got hit at the right rear at 50 mph by a camaro running a red light years ago.
Yours could be repairable if it,s worth it & if the wife still wants anything to do with the car now.

Look underneath the car check frame damage, open/close doors look on the other side of car check for buckles. That's all telltale signs of frame damage.
It could be totaled but its up to the insurance company

It's really depressing to look at pictures of wrecked f-bodies. Hope you can save it.
