4th gen Candy Red full restoration Trans Am
This should be a pretty quick build process. I just figured I'd share just a little bit of it along the way.
Quick brief summary
Perfect body gaps, rebuild motor, few performance mods, full exhaust, re-new complete interior, engine bay wire tuck, l.e.d. lighting exterior/interior, h.i.d. projector headlights, android stereo headunit with backup camera, and etc. of things.
This will be a candy red T/A. Hope y'all enjoy!

I agree. Been wanting to build one for some time now with color like this.
Thank you! I'll be posting up probably more often. I already have plans on the next one.
Won't be for long.
Who knows. People sure can trash out nice cars! See it all the time.
This body here is one if the worst I have right now so that's why I choose to get her out the way first. The others will be easier and smoother builds for sure.
I use mixed up paint for interior from my paint supplier. Pick and choose colors.
Yea, they didn't take care of it. Won't be like that for long. I'll be getting the ball rolling very fast here soon.

Now it's time to get to the good parts. Gotta make a mess before it comes together.
Heads, timing cover, etc all getting cleaned up.

While it hurts my heart to see any sort of what you could call a classic muscle car so under cared for by original owners, makes me feel all better when even the intake manifold now looks better than any part of the car did when brand new. I haven't yet sprayed candy paint on a car, but at my day job I have to do shading with satins & stain/clear mix on wood & fiberglass doors & trimwork, so I can appreciate your parts spraying technique.
