Bubbling Sail Panel Issue for Dummies
so since mine is a 99 and has over 130K on her..i should still be able to print out the correct fix and take that to a body shop when i get my formula repainted? hate to spend the money on a new paint job just to have it crap out in a year or so..
A good body shop with that TSB in this thread should be able to fix the problem.

Have you talked to Cutter yet? And are you part of Hawaiin island f-body's associan, hifba.com. We have a cruise from the big exchange to the HCIN meet saturday night with a 5pm meet time 5:30 roll out. I can bring a copy of my invoice to give to you.
hey bucks....i havent had a chance to go down to Cutter yet. im waiting to get my bike going so i can have a ride while they have my car for a couple days.
and ya im a member of the hifba... i was thinkin about goin and i will most likely be there. ill be in a black SS with 16" salad shooters.... and im about 6'4 and 270, so u shouldnt miss me
