I have a freind that does stuff like that. I've seen some really amazing repairs that looked pretty good.

Best of luck.

I agree I have seen way too many cars go for stupid money on copart and iaai as well. Sometimes I think people are just washing money. For what some of these cars go for there is no way you could make a profit and half of the time you can buy a car that has not been wrecked for less than what you would have in if you had to build it. However if you are patient you can catch some good buys. A month or two ago I saw a 99 Ws6 go for $2300.00 and it was hit light in the front and only had 65k miles. Would have bought it myself but I have too many toys already

Yea It seems to be slowing down now.... **** was going for Crazy *** money for like the last year. I buy and sell about 5 or 6 cars a year from there and make a little extra cash from them.

Coparts is a basically a huge insurance claim company, they sell tons of cars from Allstate, locall insurance company etc etc. got to have a dismantlers/rebuilders licensce and pay the yearly 250.00 fee to use it.
Everytime you buy a car they usually hiy you up with an additional 300.00 dollars worth of BS Fees. But hell... sometimes you get a great deal........and sometimes it will make your head spin for how much a hunk of junk sells for

Ps I hate Texas and Newyork I cant buy **** with all that big Drugmoney yall are slinging...LOL J/K

Just watched a 1995 Trans Am go through IAAI for $2500.00 that had an engine fire/dash fire. Real world price should have been around 8-1200 tops.
