Hello,
I'll hopefully be getting a Metallic blue '00 SS. I want to have the "MANTA" look. (paint the hood scoop). Which color would best compliment the car.
Silver, Black, or Grey.

Oh,
The car already has fiske chrome rims on it. But I want to put my Chrome ZR1 style rims on the car. 17 x 9s up front and 17x11s out back on Nitto 315s out back.

Silver. That color and black look awesome with the silver 35th anniversary stripes too. I have them on my black car and they look great IMO.

So you are saying that SILVER would look better on the metellic blue than BLACK. I won't be able to do the anniversary strips

If so, then silver will be my choice.

Silver on any dark color usually looks good. Black would not give much of a contrast to make it stand out.

yeah is it the navy blue or just blue met.? with chrome rims i would say black...silver would still look good but only with silver rims..my opinion..

i was thinking about the same thing. to me black would not stand out on our color car. maybe grey/silver

Keep me straight because as you all know, once its painted on, it on.
My last car (a '96 SS) had the black Manta but I it wasn't painted on.

Also, I like the full Manta, but my wife thinks the "trim around the hood scoop" style manta looks better. Any thoughts. Hell all of it looks good to me-LOL

Anyone know of a link where I can see a GREY manta on metellic blue?
