IDK about that cuz when I'm drunk, I sit shotgun, very long legs, and I think it's fine.

Very nice. This is something I really want to do because my car is a DD and my gf sits there a lot and she complains about the hump from time to time.

I like it, it's on my list of things to do when I finally do start modding, I plan on doing all my mods at once sorta... just take a week and work on them non stop and enjoy my end result I've been looking on here, threads, and gathering a list of mods I am considering and once I feel I have enough and not to many to where things look tacky or something then I'm going to start.. not to mention once I have the money saved up lol. I like this one though, nothing tacky about it, very good mod, out of sight, there lack of lol, and more comfort. I don't believe the structual integrity was sacrificed, looking at the pieces and where and how they were welded, it looked fine to me, and like he said, not like he is going to the drag strip or taking it off road style, for a DD this is an awesome mod. good job.

Considering Andy was one of the only people I've seen do this, plus he actually took pics and posted about it, it's nice to have this as a searchable thread. So what if it's old, not too many threads on it.

Amazing Mod, Great Job! I will be doing the same thing after seeing this. FLEX?? I don't see how cutting a piece of the floor and then welding it all back up would hurt the strength of the car. I've had plenty of friends cut far more out of Fox mustangs when doing restoration or building drag cars. Again great job.

Nice upgrade, it's probably the #1 complaint about F-bods! I hate trying to find leg room on the rare occasion when I'm in the passenger.... oh well, just date short chicks!!
