Default Near VA looking for paint and body repair practice?

Let me know if you would like a practice car. I will pay. I had a school fix an Iroc of mine. Guys did a great job. Anyone in tech class? Ask your teacher if you can practice on my car. Hatch doesn't close correctly. I have new berger, bumper, front fender that need paint. Make fun of this thread all you want but I wouldn't mind saving a few bucks and helping out with future painters.

Car is just sitting in the woods right now.

Sad to "hear" that a f-body is just "sitting" in the woods.

I agree. I am waiting to go to court. The rear and transmision need to be fixed after the accident as well. Im not sure if the insurance company is going to consider it totalled or just pay me.

Thats a really good idea. I mean your helping someone out with hands on experience and saving yourself a good amount of money.

Ya, I can't believe no one has offered any help. I can paint but I dont have tools for body work. Maybe I'll take a few class' then call Snap-On. Then I'll be able to help others on here.

My main concern is the body work. How much $ to paint it?

I would help you if I lived in VA, but i'm all the way in NY. Sorry that your car got wrecked though!

I dont think thats enough to total your car though.

Doesn't look awful, shouldn't be totalled IMO.

Rearend and transmission are messed up as well.

It sat for a few months and when I drove it for the first time the transmission started nocking and then busted. I had nowhere to go or pullover. So I coasted for a while fortunatly finding a place to park.
