Ok so as most of you know, i got in a wreck two weeks ago and the bitch lied to her insurance saying it was both of our faults. So now either i get 50% of the estimate, which was $1100 or i take her to court. I have no witnesses except for my brother which was my passenger when this happened, which they will not take being that he is in my family....so i am thinking about just taking the 50% being that all i need to do is get a berger panel= $90 and possibly just be able to buff out my bumper. Here are pics of the bumper, if you can tell me if i can buff this **** out that would be awesome that way i can walk out with $450 in my pocket after buying a berger panel.
ill get better pics, but parking here is a bitch and i have a good spot haha here's the best ones i could get

hard to tell from the pics they are so small. if you can feel the scratches with your nail though they probablly wont buff out. you could try wetsanding a little but then you risk burning through the thin factory clear.

Did you call the cops when it happened, if so did she get ticketed, did you talk to your insurance company about it?
I wouldn't be a bit surprised if it's just her insurance company's way of trying to get out of paying you in full

^yea i didnt think to call the cops but i contacted her insurance company and now mine because i want my full payment!

^^^^ true true true..... i was involved in a 5 car accident and believe it or not the middle lady caused it by hitting the car behind me pushing him into me. she stopped so fast that the 2 cars behind her hit her. she kept saying its her fault and how she has good insurance and when it came time to get the cars fixed she said it was the last car.
