I believe I connected it as a pusher instead of a puller.

I would prefer to sell the pass. side headlight as a complete assembly, I'm not sure if the driver side headlight motor is the same.
if you'r motor is making noise it's probabley the nylon cogs teeth worn down just dissassemble the motors houseing and flip over the nylon cog or do what I did and replace the cog w/ a brass cog.
