Im looking at this same cam in a 113, how does the 112+2 compare to a 113? benifits?

You wouldn't notice any SOTP difference and on a track or dyno it would be very minimal. The weather on a particular day is going to make more difference in power than a 112 vs 113 LSA

I don't have any sound clips. It's not a sleeper cam, but it doesn't sound like a big cam. I had mine idling at 700. If you had it at 800-900 it would probably be fairly tame. It's not super aggressive sounding and it's not tame either. It just plain sounds good lol
