what's so hard to understand??
He bought a set of Trick Flows, which came with new springs, which he wasn't going to use because he is using a different spring for his solid roller set up and he put the "NEW" springs on the "OLD" heads.
For a Genius, you're pretty slow.
C'mon Don, even for you that's bad-you're usually much sharper than that-you been sniffing race gas again? you know that's not good for you. JK

Race gas does smell good...but I do miss Sunoco 260...it had lots of tetraethyl lead in it....I guess I can blame lead poisoning for my confused mental state.
Did I forget to write "thank you" for clarifying?

2.02 and 1.57 IIRC
For clarity
Like Mark said. The heads were bought complete, sorings were removed and put onto the 4X 243's w/o ever being run. I guess they had 3 duty cycles, compressed once to install, once to uninstall, and once to install.
ALL PMS HAVE BEEN ANSWERED
INTAKE IS SOLD

would you like to trade the intake and some cash for a 6.0 iron block fully machined?

Honestly, the way the car was tuned, I had no problems on the street. No surging, idle was nice and smooth at 850-900 rpm, no overheating, smooth cruise in low RPM. So no, I would not say its too big of a cam. The cam in my car now is bigger still, and actualy drives just as smooth.
