yes the map sensor is the one in the rear of the intake.

I honestly dont know. Doesnt have any markings on it. Came on the car when I bought it.

a MAP sensor is between about 45 and 90 dollars. depending on 1 bar, 2 bar or 3 bar. ( if NA a 1 or 2 bar would work just fine)
