***SOLD***

ATI Procharger D1SC kit with twin intercoolers and SDCE spring tensioner and 8 rib setup. This kit is complete with the exception of the relocation brackets for the horn, air, and cruise control box (which I never had to begin with, and didn't need. The horn and cruise are easily relocated with no special brackets or fabrication). I have every clamp, nut, and bolt you need to install this kit in its entirety. Here's the breakdown:

-ATI Procharger D1SC with polished plenum
-Twin intercoolers
-SDCE spring tensioner with 8-rib setup; includes 7.25" crank pulley and 4" blower pulley, as well as a blower brace. Will include instructions for install.
-Blower hat with K&N filter
-Bypass valve
-Procharger fan shroud with 16" Spal fan
-All piping with all clamps
-2 8-rib belts for use with 4" pulley
-Hardware assembly that tees off the brake booster vacuum line, and feeds the bypass valve as well as the boost gauge
-Autometer boost gauge
-5 bottles of Procharger oil
-Catch can

The only thing you will need to bolt this on your car and go is your choice of injectors and a fuel pump. As previously stated, I did not need the relocation brackets for the horn or the cruise control...just moved them up and out of the way with no issues. If you need them, the relocation brackets are readily available from some of the board sponsors. I would also strongly suggest buying a new crank bolt, which is about $6. I have one included with the kit, but it is recommended that you replace it anytime you remove it.

This setup made 10psi at about 6000rpm on a completely stock motor with a full length exhaust. Not sure of the mileage on the headunit, but the entire kit worked flawlessly. My ringlands let go yesterday and I need to sell the kit to rebuild my engine...otherwise I wouldn't dream of selling it.

$3900 shipped. Paypal is available, but we'll need to split the 3% surcharge.

Yes, obviously that is my thread. If you read up on Prochargers, you will see that it is common for them to rattle at idle. The most popular solution for this symptom is to add a spring tensioner setup like the SDCE tensioner, which helps to eliminate the rattle. I only had the SDCE tensioner on my car for about a half day before the ringlands went, but the rattle was 100% better than before. My tension was still a little low on the belt, so I think if you get the tension at the recommended level, the rattle will be completely gone.

Hope that answers your question.

Would also consider trades/partial trades for a shortblock, longblock, rotating assembly, etc.

Shoot me an offer...

Thanks, Yes that answers question. I understand they all rattle a bit and I know that was your thread. I just wanted to make sure there wasn't something else wrong with the unit. Thanks. Sorry to hear about your hurt motor.

Hey, no problem. Absolutely nothing wrong with the kit. Makes boost like a champ.

And I should have been a little more specific earlier as far as trades...looking for a forged shortblock, or a built motor.

I don't foresee a scenario where that might happen, but if it does I'll definitely let you know. Thanks.

No, the 4" pulley is the only one I have for the 8-rib setup.
