Default Pulley Reinstaller Tool

Category: Accessories
Price: $23
Location (State): AL
Item Condition: Brand New
LS Engine?: Fits LS Engine

So here is the story. i went everywhere to get a pulley reinstaller but couldnt find it anywhere. i did not want to reinstall it with the bolt, because i had heard so many ppl stripping the threads. so i decided to make my own. i went to a local hardware store and found a M16x2.0 all thread rod. the rod is i believe grade 8.8 hardened steel. only problem was the only one they had was 3 feet long and very expensive. i went ahead and bought it and decided to cut them up to smaller pieces to sell on here and make my money back.
so i cut a piece, bought 3 washers, and a nut and installed the pulley with no problems whatsoever. even torqued it down to 220 lb-ft to make sure it was fully seated. now, i wont make any guarantees about this tool and will not be held responsible if anything happens. but it is pretty fail safe and worked great for me.

so for $23 (i will pay for shipping and paypal), u get the all thread rod, the 3 washers, and the nut. PM if ur interested.

All you have to do is use a standard HB install tool with the ball bearing roller, add a piece of 3/8 (6" long) all thread to the threaded end that fits the crank, add a 3/8 nut to the other end and go...simple.

yea but the thread is not 3/8, its a metric 16x2.0. with all that force on it, u can still stripe it. i tried 3/8 and it just didnt feel right screwing in.
