I am the original owner of this part that was removed from my 2005 CTS-V LS6 at 21k miles.

78mm Drive by Wire Throttle Body.

I believe the answer is yes, but since the throttle body does not have a GM part number on it, I am cannot say with absolute certainty. You can return it if is does not work in your application.

I have priced the intake and throttle body separately as well as together. Please PM if you want talk price on intake only - $200 will not work. Thanks.
