I am not entirely sure as I bought it as a crate motor. I believe it was a 2001 vette. Again, not entirely sure though.

thats a flexplate and spacer that would come with an ls that had a 4l80e it can also be used for th400 th350 700r4 with some elongation of the bolt holes to match up with the torque converter
