Complete intake manifold assembly that will fit the 09-10 4.8, 5.3 and other cathedral port style Gen III cylinder heads. It does however take the 09 and up style MAP sensor. Brand new part kicked out on the line for light damage (see picture). The damage does not effect the performance of the manifold at all. Includes the manifold (casting # 25383922, same as Trailblazer SS), 88mm throttle body, big body injectors (12613411), stainless fuel rails, intake gaskets, bolts and more.

It would depend on your application I suppose. They do flow really well but not sure compared to the LS6. Hood clearance might also be an issue.

They make 4 different kinds of fuel rail for this style intake, PM me a pic of your intake and we can go from there.
