Edit: Just noticed this lid is for a 2000-2002. I'm looking for the 98-99 lid without the hole so I have to plug up the side.

I honestly don't know if it's painted as well or if that's how it came. I bought this off a friend of mine and he's the one that painted the lid. The scratches aren't bad but it has spiderwebbing in the paint.

If you're talking about the whole in the actual box part it has a little plug in it. I'll show you a picture.

Yea, I currently have the same lid and don't want to plug up the side when I delete the EGR/AIR stuff. I was looking for the 98-99 lid for the cleaner look.
