This is a LS6 manifold that has been heavily worked on by Wilson Manifolds. There have been VERY few of these things ever made. There is a ton a research into making these intakes flow as much as possible(more info on this below) The plenum size is increased as well.

Wilson manifold would cut out the bottom of the intake, and heavily port/epoxy the manifold as they see fit. They have done a ton of dyno and flow testing on these things. They resealed the bottom with a flat piece. It is perfectly sealed and does not leak!

This intake manifolds where used in a $500,000 to $750,000 race cars that where used in the Daytona Prototype races.(pictures of that below) They would set limitations for each season. One was the LS motor must be destroked to a 5.0, and they must use a stock type of manifold and stock TB opening. So they sent a few manifolds to WILSON to be worked on and do their magic. The work for each intake ended up costing about $1000-1500 depending on how much epoxy work was done. Using these intakes, they got these 5.0 LS type engines to dyno about 550 flywheel horsepower. Really shows how much power these intakes are capable off. This one that I am selling has seen dyno time and atleast one race.

I have had it on my car for a year, but unfortunately do not have any before and after dyno numbers. I was planning on getting it re dynoed after the Wilson modified LS6, but I changed plans with the car. What I can say, is that the seat of the pants feel told me a lot. The car pulled harder with this intake then it did with a standard LS6. Messing around on the street with my buddys told me the same thing, that this intake did give me more power. I used to neck to neck with one of my buddys with similar mods. After the this modified LS6, I would start pulling on him right when the rpms hit about 4,000.

The guy that sold it to me removed this intake to get a FAST 92 setup..Its funny because he called me right after he got his car dyno tuned to see what he gained after the FAST setup, and he only gained a couple of horsepower. He jokingly said he wanted this modified LS6 back lol.

Only reason I am selling is because I want to go back to forced induction, and I love single plane intakes for forced induction.
I have included a bunch of pictures of the work thats done to it, and how well its sealed. One good thing about this intake is that you dont need to buy a expensive aftermarket TB. A ported stock TB is all that is needed to make almost as much power as the FASTs.

Price is 575 OBO

And this is one of the race cars that used these intake manifolds.
