I am going to let go of my collection. Of power adders I have failed to use on various builds. I ended up with a large Turbo on the current build. This vortex is freshly rebuilt. I purchased it about a year ago planning on using it for my firebird, but plans changed for the build. I am asking 450 plus shipping. Just need pulley, belts, and piping to work it. Sad to let it go as it looks great on the mantle. But time to stop having the bachelor pad so the turbos nitrous and superchargers are all going.

is this just for the head unit? about how much would it cost to get all the parts needed?

 

Yes. Just supercharger. Depending on your setup would change cost of install. You need BOV, piping and injectors along with tune pulley and brackets. You may be able to Fab your own brackets though depending on fabrication skills.

 

is it an s trim?

 

I believe its an "A" trim. I searched everything on the ID tag which is v-1, 04981, and d-213-9 and found a reference to an A trim. here is the link

Which means its LEGAL in california!

 

Also Vortech offers an upgrade option. This should classify as an grade "a" upgrade giving you a 1000$ credit towards a new vortech kit. That means you can get 1000 off for 450$ if your looking to buy a while kit or larger supercharger.
