Sorry I don't have any numbers on it. The cam came from an 04 Z06 with very low mileage, and was a twin turbo vehicle. My truck put down 361RWHP NA with this cam (stock motor except cam).
I can't be certain of the manufacturer, would have to do a little research sorry.

after some research, i determined this is a VHP or Vinci Hi Performance cam model 062.
