LS Engine?: Fits LS Engine

Just gonna throw this out there to see what kind of offers i get, I have a ERL shortblock brand new in the ERL crate. Never FIRED. This shortblock is 8300 from them. LS6 2nd Gen Block, has 1/2" Head Studs cant do on LS1/6 1st Gen) Sleeved Superdeck 1 Block. Pro-Gram Billet Main Caps with DM Performance Steel Girdle. 1/2" Main Studs.(over the top) Both Main and Head Studs Included. Bronze Hydrolic Lifter Bushings. With the Custom 4.210"Wiseco Pistons with upgraded pins and HF 4.20" Rings, 4.0" Eagle Crank and 6.125" Eagle Rods. The Block is 443 CID. Crank and rods are 4030, H-Beam Rods with new ARP 2000 Rod Bolts.The Rotating Assembly is 100% balanced and blueprinted with all the new parts. once again never fired.

so price is 5,500. obo like i said just see what offers i can get. Pm me if your interested.

EDIT: I will have more info soon, was going to build it for n/a with spray. but the motor could be boosted if put on e85 depending on what heads you run.

So I take it this was going to be a pump gas friendly motor? So in a nutshell my big valve 5.3 heads would probably be WAY too small for this as well as my 239/242 nitrous cam as well as my 92mm FAST intake and I would need to source new heads, cam and intake.

Did ERL build the short block or did they just sleeve the block?

was this setup to use standard oil pump or drysump ( crank snout) and reluctor 24x or 52x

The 5.3 would kill this motor, you would want to run bigger combo. But yes pump gas with spray.

It was set up to run on ls1 base wheel, i was going to run standard oil pump but it can be set up for drysump if wanted

If i keep it ported ls7's or the rectangular port l92s is whats gonna go on it. I think ls7's with a Good port job will get it around where it should be.

yes they built the shortblock, the pistons have -10cc.

but motor is pending right now.
